Slipformed 400,000 TPY mash feed mill with (1) enclosed receiving and (2) enclosed loadout truck lanes.32’ diameter slipformed silo for whole corn storage with (2) quad pair roller grinders. 6-ton major scale, 4-ton minor scale, 1-ton mineral scale, 16-bin gain-in-weight microsystem, 12-bin loss-in-weight microsystem and 6-tote system feeding and 8-ton twin shaft mixer. Project includes PEMB-enclosed liquids tank farm and warehouse storage with isolated quarantine area.
